What's my salary be spent every month?

From the pie chart, it shows the percentage of how my monthly salary

to be spent.
There are six sorts of money spending: foods, fluid, life insurance,

money saving and shopping.
Because I eat outside for 3 meals everyday and I like eating very much,

it appears that about 50% I spent on buying foods!

By the way, the food expenses are included beverages and two of my

pet's foods.

They are like foods as much as their owner.
I go to work and school by driving car, so I have to pay fluid for my car

about 10% from my salary.
And the life should be prepared well; therefore I use 25% for life insurance

and money saving dividedly.
The rest of 15% I use for shopping like buying clothing, books, and some

lovely little gadgets.
After all, I believe that we should "work smart, play hard"!

An estimated 196,000,000 cups of tea are drunk every day in the UK, and it's

thought the average person in the UK will consume 80,000 cups of tea during their life.
These figures are pretty spectacular, so what can tea do for us?
Tea does contribute slightly to our intakes of minerals, and it certainly helps to replace
lost fluids, but the health interest in tea at the moment surrounds its potential role in
lowering the risk of coronary heart disease and some cancers.
Tea contains antioxidant substances called flavonoids. These have been shown to help
slow or inhibit the chemical reactions thought to take place during the development of
coronary heart disease. So sup up.

Summarizing:
A spectacular figure of tea is consumed in UK. The research pointed out that tea has
the help to our health from lowering the risk of coronary heart disease and some cancers
by its contains that called flavonoids.

Paraphrasing:
The contains of tea, called flavonoids which is a kind of antioxidant substances.
It can be an important role to our health. The research told us that tea can reduce some
of disease happen due to chemical reactions such as coronary heart disease.

The classification of tea
Nowdays getting more and more people drink tea.

Chinese teas are as popular as the beverages in the world.
But, do you know about "tea"?

Tea may be grouped according to the fermentation degree:

unfermented tea and fermented tea.
Both group of tea is classified by the processing method and

oxidation degree.
The unfermented tea such as green tea and Japanese tea are

using high temperature to process.
The fermented tea is classifying by oxidation degree, it can be

sub-divided into more categories: light-fermented tea, semi-fermented tea,

full-fermented tea.

They are like Pouchong Tea, Oolong tea, black tea…etc.

However, tea is not only drink but also is our culture.

How to be a successful salesperson? (Definitions)

I'm a saleswoman in charge of selling machinery for my company.
Frankly, I'm not good at this position. But I learned lots from this job.

What is this job need to do and how to be a successful salesperson?
In my opinion, there are many things need to take care of.
First of all, except to the knowledge of your selling products,
this is the essential requirement for your job.
Secondly, you need to have positive and active attitudes willing to
work hard for this job.
Otherwise, a good communication skill with your customers and
suppliers, diligence enough to follow up and make records…etc.
Beside, you have to good at waiting because of your customers
may reply you very very late.
You need to like a spider spin a web and waiting for the spoil patiently.
Moreover, this is a time unlimited work you need to always stand by
to work even on your holiday and always prepare to travel out.

However, I think this is a good job for anyone who wants to extend
his/her life.
Through work with different people, you can have chance to see more
of this world.
Of course, another benefit is you can earn more money possibly!

Having pets in our life. (Comparison & Contrast)

As the busy contemporaries, we are not used to get
along with people gradually. Nowadays, lots of people
choose to have pets in their life instead.
Beside, some people even think to have pets is better
than to have a baby in their life.
In America, over 70 percent people own pets.
What are the reason cause pets so loved by people?

Some said the best way to have a health life is to
have a pet.
Is it true?
As the study said the health condition for the pet owners
is better than the people who do not have pets.
First, because of pets are good to owner's mood,
it can reduce human’s blood pressure and cholesterol.
Second, pets provide the elders' feeling to be needed
and can release their tension.
Besides, through to take out pets for walk and to play
with them, we can also get enough excises for our body.

But, to have pets in our life is not quite good at all.
It could be some problems exist.
Still we don’t know they are true or not, but, some
people said that pets can be the carrier of bacteria and may
cause allergy. In addition, pets also could spend you
lots of money for you to keep them.

However, pet is considerable to have or not is depends on
your demand. As a responsible person, we need to think
carefully and make your decision then.

Needs to learn how to control the time, URGENTLY! (Cause & Effect)

Frankly, the time controlling is a big problem to me.
I think I don't know how to control my time.
Always I use too much time to do something useless or
pay too much attention to do something no need to do.
It causes lots of unfinished works and of course my pressure.

First, due to my day time work which is a heavy and
long time working-hour job, I need to concentrate my mind to
take care with.
Unfortunately, it affected to my night time learning, the
accumulated school matters such as homework and result of exams.

Next, think too much before act is another big problem to me.
I did not ask for perfect, but I think that's because of
my personality.

Am I a lazybones? I think I am not.
How to make it change? En…it is a great lesson for me to
figure out.
But for now, the truth is if I want to take more advance
I knew that I need to learn how to control and manage
my time urgently!

How a nice tea is made. (Process)
1. The young fresh tea shoots are plucked from the tea garden.
2. The fresh green leaves need to have the moisture to be removed by
using blowing air for up to 14 hours.
3. Put the leaves into a tea bag to roll gently for its twisted appearance
and make its become oxidation.
4. The tea has to be dried at high temperature and then it will has its speical
black colour and flavour.
5. The tea now can be packed in tea bags for selling.
6. Prepare fresh boiled water and warmed tea pot.
7. Put the teas into the tea pot to make tea.
8. Leave the tea in the tea pot around 3-5 minutes in order to make good tea.
9. Finally, you may add sugar, milk or honey as your delight.

My father passed away 15 years ago.
He left us not only a house can be lived but also gave us lots of his valuable notions.
I was very close to him; by watching most of his behaviors since I was a little girl,
I therefore turn these valuable ideas become mine.
He showed me the meaning of caring, honesty, generosity and hard work.

My father came from Mainland China at his teens due to the war, but he married
with my mother was rather elderly.
Just like many of his friends or comrades, they never think that they can not go back
their hometown, so they did not marry when they still young.
On the other hand, it also causes them to treasure more to the family.
As a matter of fact, my mom had a marriage before she married with my father.
My uterine older sisters or brothers they came to our home for visiting even stay
long time with us.
My father made no stranger of them, indeed, just like his own children.
Furthermore, his kindness not only to his family but also to his friends.
Because he was decent to everyone, he had many friends.
Our home always has father’s friends come to visit.
Moreover, if we have anything need to help, they always voluntarily like to do a favor.
By these facts, I learned what the meaning of generosity.
It's delight of being a caring person.

Beside, because my father came to Taiwan as a solider, he did not earn enough money
for the family.
We need to get the work outside and bring back home to do to get some allowance.
My father would help the job and also take care for the house chores.
He did not think a man should not do the house chores.
He thought it was his responsibility to take care us as a husband and father.
After he left the army, he only worked for two ironworks before him dead.
Actually, to work in ironworks was a hard job and it had very bad working environment.
Everyday he needs to get up very early and could come back very late.
But, he changed job only because the former one got bankrupt.
The worse was; he did not get the pay for the last two months…

I believe my father was an admirable and special person.
Many of my thinking and behaviors were learning from my father.
And I do get good compliments from my friends or company in good part.
They were because of him.
I hope we can be father and daughter again.

An unforgettable trip – Pakistan
I had an experience and freshest memory to tell for my journey, in Pakistan.
It just happened in this month.
I went there with my colleague because our company had
an exhibition that took place in Karachi Pakistan.
I was very nervous for this business trip.
Because it was not only our company first time to attend overseas
show but also myself 's first time to arrange and participate in a show.
I was so afraid to screw up it.

Pakistan is a place you still can see donkey and horse-drawn carts on roads.
After we arrived, we rode on a hotel pick up car. On the way to the hotel.
we saw very luxurious "buses"!
Yes, they were buses not sedans.
The buses were decorated with silverworks (maybe just stainless steel),
lots of small bells and painted with flowers, birds, people on the outside
of buses.
However, it's kind of culture in southern of Pakistan.
I can just say, it is kind of culture shock to me.

In the end of our stay, something happened that I can never forget.
First, my experienced friends who has warned me how terrible hygienic
condition of Pakistan before we departure.
And then it really happened, I suffered vomiting and diarrhea at least
5 times in one night.
I felt dying and I thought I may stay in Pakistan forever!
Second, we went to visit customers after the show.
We had to apply for the permission at the police department before we could go
because it just occurred Chinese gunshot cases by Pakistani in several
months ago in that area.
3 innocent Chinese were killed without any reason.
The police department very concerned and cared about foreigners who
wanted to go there.
They sent more than 6 police in two cars in front and behind our cars to escort us.
Even when we were in customer's factory they still followed.
We made a joke that we were the prisoners taken to jail.

Anyway, we came back safely.
I appreciated this trip, I learned lots from the experience and it was the milestone
to me even has such much matters happened.

My Hometown
My hometown, Tainan City, which is the place well-known by high
spot, snacks, sea foods and so on.
Tainan City is the oldest city as the origin of history of Taiwan.
Up to the end of the 19th century, Tainan was still the political,
economic and cultural center of Taiwan.
Therefore, we can see many high spot in Tainan City.
It also explains why the city is known as the ancient cultural capital
of Taiwan.

It is located in the southwest of Taiwan with sufficient sunshine.
Due to the terrain relations and good climate, Tainan produces lots of
fresh cropper and marine.
And because of our long term history, we developed many delicious
foods which are famous nationwide.
Moreover, we also produce famous person such as our president
(Chen Shui-bian), former president (Lien Chan), and baseball pitcher
(Chien-Ming Wang), etc.
President Chen has entertained the foreign guest by the Tainan snack
in state banquet many times.
It can prove how Tainan snack are popular.

Perhaps Tainan is not a modern city as Taipei and the constructs to
compare with other cities is slowly.
But, here is the safest and the comfortable place to me.
Our people are friendly and honest.
Hopefully, everybody can come to see this special city and discover its unique.
