The classification of tea
Nowdays getting more and more people drink tea.
Chinese teas are as popular as the beverages in the world.
But, do you know about "tea"?

Tea may be grouped according to the fermentation degree:
unfermented tea and fermented tea.
Both group of tea is classified by the processing method and
oxidation degree.
The unfermented tea such as green tea and Japanese tea are
using high temperature to process.
The fermented tea is classifying by oxidation degree, it can be
sub-divided into more categories: light-fermented tea, semi-fermented tea,
full-fermented tea.
They are like Pouchong Tea, Oolong tea, black tea…etc.

However, tea is not only drink but also is our culture.
I hope everyone like tea and may well enjoy it not matter what kind of tea it is!
